Build your career with Aquarius Pools & Spas.
Aquarius Pools & Spas is a family-owned company serving Greater Lafayette and surrounding Indiana communities. We support customers through pool construction, renovation, service, maintenance, water care, retail support, and hot tubs with a more organized process and clearer next steps.
A team built around quality, communication, and long-term customer support.
We are continuing to build a more organized and professional company. That means hiring people who improve the customer experience, strengthen the team, and take pride in doing the job right.
More organized operation
We are building better structure, stronger communication, and clearer expectations across the company. That creates a better work environment and a better customer experience.
Variety of work
Our company supports fiberglass pools, vinyl liner pools, service, maintenance, water care, renovations, and hot tubs. That creates room to learn and grow across multiple areas.
Growth opportunity
Strong performers can continue developing into field leadership, technical service, customer support, scheduling, sales support, and higher-responsibility roles.
The kind of people we want on the team.
The right person does not need to know everything on day one, but they do need reliability, coachability, communication, and pride in the work.
Dependable and accountable
Show up on time, communicate early, stay safe, and follow through on the work you are responsible for.
Professional with customers
Treat customer homes, yards, job sites, and questions with respect. Our customer experience depends on the full team.
Willing to learn
Learn systems, processes, pool equipment, water care, construction details, and better ways to solve problems over time.

Questions applicants usually ask.
The right fit depends on role needs, reliability, attitude, communication, and willingness to learn.
Do I need direct pool industry experience?
Not always. For some roles we can train the right person if they are dependable, coachable, and willing to learn. Technical service roles may benefit more from troubleshooting or mechanical experience.
Is this only seasonal work?
Some parts of the business are seasonal, but we are focused on building stronger long-term team capacity. Strong performers may be able to cross-train and grow with the company as responsibilities expand.
What kind of background helps most?
Construction, service, plumbing, electrical, route work, mechanical experience, retail support, customer service, and general dependability all help depending on the role.
What should I include in my application?
Include work history, certifications, license status, availability, role interest, and anything that helps us understand your reliability, communication, and practical skill level.
