COLD WATER
One of the reasons why soaking in a hot tub is so relaxing, is due to the warm temperature. If the heat in your spa isn’t regulating, it may be due to an issue with the heating, filtration or circulatory system. We suggest cleaning your filter and checking the jets for movement. If the problem persists, give us a call!
STILL WATER
The last thing you want to happen in your spa is for the water to be still. Still water is generally not warm, as it requires movement for the temperature to regulate. It also provides a breeding ground for bacteria, which can pose a health and safety concern. Still water is often connected to a jet or circulation issue.
DIRTY WATER
Dirty water is unsafe water. In order to enjoy your spa to the fullest, you’ll need water that is sparkling clean. If the water is green, cloudy, foamy, or murky, we suggest that you test the water using a test kit, treat the water accordingly and then clean your filter. If the problem persists, drain and refill the spa.
